Our Low Vision ProgramĀ

Through our low vision program, we place CCTVs in homes, nursing homes, and libraries. Visually impaired people use these CCTVs to enlarge print and images. The larger screens allow for a larger field of view and easier functionality.

A Desktop CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) provides low vision aid for a full range of visual needs, specializing in assisting individuals with macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, retinitis pigmentosa, diabetic retinopathy, and other low vision-causing eye diseases and conditions.

The benefits of a CCTV magnifier are many, as the versatility provided allows for independence through visual magnification and technology. Low vision magnifiers assist with reading the mail, books, newspapers, magazines, writing, enjoying a crossword puzzle, and more.

Sight Services

Cataracts are the most significant cause of vision loss and the leading cause of blindness in the world. Cataracts affect one in six people over 40 in the United States. Cataract surgery successfully restores vision in most people who have the procedure. We presently assist with cataract surgeries since this is one of the most significant ways we can help with restoring vision.
